Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
 
Return Policy 

We accept returns within 30 days from the ship date. However, ALL returns must be accompanied by a Return Good Authorization Number (RGA) in order for it to be processed. In some cases, a digital photo of an item or product may need to be taken by the customer and submitted to CFR in order to process an RGA Number. Please email us at info@cfrperformance.com or call us at 909-947-7888 to obtain this required RGA number.

Products must be received within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RGA.
Please mark the corresponding return number clearly on the outside of all the boxes being returned. This will help us to process your return in a timely manner. As a reminder, you will be responsible for items lost or damaged in-transit, for your security, we highly recommend that you insure the return package and retain your receipt. All good merchandise returns are subjected to a 15% Restocking Fee and can only be accepted under brand-new and un-installed condition. We do not accept Exchanges, we will credit customer for the returned product and it will then be up to the customer to re-purchase the correct item. When no error on our part exists with the shipping of any purchase, you will be subjected to incur the cost associated with re-shipping a package and the original shipping cost is not subjected to a refund.

If we make an error and ship you the wrong part, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
 
Damaged Shipment
Upon receipt of your product, please inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been damaged. If the packaging or product has been damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the damage. Any claims for merchandise defects must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. We will send a replacement part or replace the merchandise at our discretion.

All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment within 10 business days upon receipt.

We Do Not Pay for Return Shipping. No Exceptions.
